Message	except I didn't even try the dremel. We have a couple of air powered die grinders with aluminum bits, coarse for removing material, fine for shaping and final port matching. Stuffed some rags in the plenum (off the car) removed material and port matched with many test-fits of the throttle bodies to make sure the openings were smooth. Cleaned everything up with Brake-clean & air hose (wear coveralls & safety glasses!) then took it over to the coating place for thermal dispersant coating. Install throttle bodies & linkage, re-attach plenum. Regards, WARNING!  Forum posts are likely to contain traces of irony.
